Lucien can be forgiven (it was a side-request over a month ago by the messenger and was overshadowed by everything else), but Kiril at least should remember Tiberiu's side-request.

Side-requests in vampire-speak, by the way, mean "It isn't really your goal to do this but if you don't I still consider you a failure". It's a polite way of shackling on additional goals that you should do to earn full approval. You guys will probably be using it a lot with your childer in the future, haha.

So how are things going to work here?

I know Sylvian is in charge of the architet stuff - but who's going to coordinate villager efforts, who's going to buy slaves, who's going to deal with collecting taxes and deal with the humans if they get rowdy? Who deals with the cotterie's finances? Who handles protection?

Thats precisely why Lucien is perfect for the job! Rowdy villagers? Pfft, i prefer to call them test subjects to never to be heard or seen again.

Hey, Barabus is still Steeple's by rights. You're just playing with him until you get him into general dog-shape.

We can discuss mercenaries when they become relevant, works a bit differently here. They become more prevalent in the future (renaissance time-period, to be precise - they're actually not that common right now.)

Besides, if you become a prince you'll have your own police force and trained agents (or at least, you should if you know what you're doing).

Ah, Prince, in case it wasn't clear, the sun rose and the scene's over (also, can't drag someone into the earth with you for earthmeld, ever, at all, in any way whatsoever).

You could try to brave the sun for a turn or two or you could begin doing this the next day (though the others would be awake and would likely notice something like this, since this is Barrabus and I expect Lucien would keep tabs on the guy).

Lucien should do finance
, Forge's c should probably deal with protection (Andreas specifically, lol) Taxes and slaves should be someone who's friendly (maybe Steeple and Kiril?)

Ok, roles in the group then:

Steeple: Handles slaves, likely using his resources to buy them for labor on the castle.

Lucien: Handles the cotterie's finances when he's not playing with Barabus.

Anton: Handles protection, possibly with Andreas' help.

Heldric: I'm going to assume due to Forge's specializations that Heldric will be monitoring the surrounding area.

Daniel: I assume he'll be helping Anton with protection if it comes to that.

Kiril: The peasants must pay their lords taxes.

I'll write up the next post with this in mind. I'll also summarize Barabus' transformation.
