"Hi Udo," Taki says, after Yuki points him out.
"Do you got any extra animals? I could take a squirrel if you need someone to take care of it."
Udo's sigh at the child's unintentional rudeness turns into a chuckle.
"Ha! Uh, no, not a squirrel though. They like to act like their domestic," he pauses to stare at the horde surrounding them with a raise brow, "but they really aren't, as fun as they are. Little uh, bastards can get plenty nasty."
Udo coughs, "But I think I have an animal you'd enjoy. Starling is pretty cute, but also uh, well, you'll see."
Taking off his travel pack, he reaches into one of the pockets to reveal his hedgehog. He picks it up carefully and with both hands, to show it to Taki. "I'm surprised he's still alive
after I completely forgot about him after all he's been through, and it's hard to see him go, but Starling here is much smaller than the other animals, haha. Do you want him?"
He looks to the boy and then to the hedgehog,
"And are you okay with leaving us, Starling? It might be for the best, my friend, but...Udo frowns, "Or, you can take a skunk. They don't speak much, but they can shoot really smelly stuff which is, uh, pretty cool too."
