Power and Edge Notes
Edges_
Born Leader: The character has the natural ability to encourage, motivate, and push others beyond their normal limitations. The character gains a second set of Surge Points (equal to his own), which he can give to others within the sound of his voice. Unlike his personal Surge Points, these are not limited to being spent just one per round.

Evasion: The character has superior agility and grace when dodging attacks. He can use the Full Defense Action (Defend + Defend) without spending Surge Points during combat.

Instant Stand: The character can quickly regain his feet after being thrown, tripped, or knocked down, doing so as a Free Action rather than the normal Move Action.

Rapid Shot: The character has superior speed and grace attacking at distance. He can use back-to-back Attack Actions (Attack + Attack) when making Ranged attacks, without spending Surge Points during combat.

Sensitive: The character can feel the presence of supernatural energies when they are nearby, whether magic, demons, spirits, or psychic powers. Only the proximity of these energies are felt, but not their precise location or nature (unless the Sensitive happens to be touching the source at the time).

Threat Assessment: The character knows how to assess an opponent’s skill in comparison to his own. By spending one Action, the character can try to make a Sense Motive roll to determine whether the opponent is less skilled, about the same, or more skilled in a particular area than the character.

Amazing Feats_
Amazing Celerity [1 Surge | Free Action | 1 Scene]
The Amazing Celerity Feat causes an explosive speed in user. The effects allow for very quick gross motor movement, which doubles the user’s Normal Movement speed and grants an additional Defense Action each round.

Assassin’s Misdirecting Attack [1 Surge| Add | Instant]
Using Assassin’s Misdirecting Attack, an unseen (or otherwise hidden) attacker can make a Ranged Attack on a target and not only retain his cover, but make the target think that the attack came from another angle (even 180 degrees off). Even those around the target will fall for the misdirection, though NPCs with Luck Points are allowed to burn 1 to realize that the attack direction is not what it seems.

Bull’s Eye: [1 Surge| Add | Instant]
Spend a Surge Point to double the X-Damage of a single Ranged attack.

Flawless Disguise Technique: [1 Surge | Full Round | 1 Scene]
By spending a Surge Point and attuning to the persona they wish to imitate, the users of Flawless Disguise Technique can perfectly mimic the appearance and mannerisms of anyone they have had the chance to study for a few minutes beforehand. Those interacting with the user will not be able to tell the difference from sight and casual conversation alone – though an observer may start to become suspicious when deeper interface is required or some knowledge the actual persona would know is proven to be lacking. It also doesn’t help if the user and original persona are suddenly seen together at the same time or are known to be in two places at once.

Heroic Surge: The character can explode with a burst of adrenalin, allowing him to spend as many of his Surge Points per round as he likes, without the usual one per round restriction.

Leave No Trace: [1 Surge | Instant | 1 Scene]
Using Leave No Trace and a Surge Point, one can travel anywhere, across any terrain and leave no tracks for someone else to follow. When opposed by the Unshakable Tracking Feat however, it allows for an Outdoor (Track) roll to be made by the follower, instead of automatically succeeding/failing.

Rain of Shooting Stars: [1 Surge| Add | Instant]
By attuning one’s spirit to their Ranged attack, they can cause any projectile to shatter mid-flight into a thousand sparkling shards of spirit energy – saturating an area 30 ft in diameter. The attack is rolled as normal to get the Damage (and scatter on a miss) but is only avoidable when the opponent Crits on a Defense roll or uses Uncanny Dodge or Uncanny Parry. The projectile is destroyed by the use of this Feat. Undead, Spirits, Demons, and Oni take Double All Damage from this attack.

Readily Overlooked Campsite: [1 Surge | 1 Hour | 1 Day]
By spending a Surge Point and attuning one’s camp site to the Earth, one can cause it to virtually disappear into the landscape and be hidden from sight by anyone not actually in it. This Feat even keeps a campfire’s rising smoke invisible from normal view and muffles the sounds of those within, to prevent easy detection by hearing. When opposed by the Eyes of the Eagle Feat, or a trail to the campsite is followed through the Unshakable Tracking Feat, it allows for a normal Perception (Search) roll to be made in order to try locating the hidden campsite.

It is also possible for someone (or something) to accidently stumble randomly into a hidden campsite. In such a case, whatever it is, is considered Ambushed for 1 Round (being momentarily Stunned and at the mercy of any guards or watchmen within the camp).

Slow Fall: As long as a wall, rope, or other surface is within reach, the character can almost immediately stop any fall. Should he be unable to do so, due to no surface within reach, he can still tumble out of the fall at the bottom for half damage.

Spirit Arrows: [1 Surge| 1 Action | 1 Scene]
By attuning one’s spirit to their bow, one can conjure arrows of pure spirit with each draw of the string. Each Spirit Arrow is imbued with Spirit Cutting and does +5 Damage against Undead, Spirits, Demons, and Oni – but acts otherwise like a normal arrow.

Spirit Sight: The character can see through the curtain that separates the realms at will, allowing him to notice any unmanifested spirits, demons, or oni within his line of sight.

Spirit Cutting: [1 Surge| Add | 1 Attack]
By spending a Surge Point, the character can make any damaging attack (that would normally pass harmlessly through) affect an incorporeal or unmanifested Spirit or other such creature.

Uncanny Dodge: [1 Surge| Free Action | Instant]
Spend a Surge Point to automatically Dodge any one attack, or area attack, even if the attack does not require a roll to hit. This includes both physical and mental attacks, such as those produced by spell effects, psionics, and feng-shui powers.

Uncanny Shot: [1 Surge| Add | Instant]
Spend a Surge Point to make a single Armor Piercing Ranged attack (or) disregard the MTN normally associated with Called Shots while making a single Ranged attack.

Valiant Sacrifice: [5 Vitality Points| Free Action | Instant]
Sacrifice 5 Vitality (or Wound) Points for +1 Surge Point (Only when at Zero Surge).

Restore Vitality: Restore Vitality instantly restores 10 Vitality Points each time it is used and counters the Conditions of Fatigued, Exhausted, Unconscious, Nauseated, and the special Disabled status induced by Surgery.

Blessing of The Ancestors_
Ancestor’s Rebuke [1 Surge | Add | Instant]
This feat allows the user to double the Total Damage of a single successful Attack against Undead, Spirits, Demons, and Oni.

Summoned Cloud Spirits last for 8 hours, or until dismissed or dispelled, and either carry the summoner around, follow from above, or go to fetch someone as directed. They do not speak or actually pick up anything, but will allow any authorized person to step up onto them to be carried to the summoner from afar.
