Leaving Chief Magistrate Yama-Uno's house, Roka gathers up some Doshin, sets them to work, and then asks around to see if anyone has seen his old friend Yone.

Amazingly, Yone proves easier to track down this time, and Roka finds her staying in a large yurt hut, set up in the middle of a tent city, where Sendai's Merchant District used to be.

Some men outside the Yurt stand guard, but grin ear to ear upon seeing Roka.

"Roka-san!" they say bowing, "What a pleasant surprise!"

Roka smiles.
"I've come to check on Yone, of course. Important buisness matters, obviously." He states with a smirk, as he heads past the guards, and into the Yurt.

Inside, Roka sees Yoni (as attractive as ever) standing next to another woman with her back turned. Something in the back of Roka's mind suddenly nags at him...

"Oh, Roka-san!" Yone says with a smile, "I heard you were back in Sendai, after, well - you know... So, what brings the old 'tom cat' back to the kitchen?"

As Yone speaks, the woman standing next to her turns around and smirks wryly.

No mistaking it.

It's Lilitu the Succubus in human form.

Roka is shocked into silence, something uncommon for the loudmouth.

"Um, well, long time no see, Lilitu." Roka says, surprised by the succubus' return.

"And, uh, Yone, I was gonna talk to you about the future of Sendai, but I think the topic is gonna have to shift into this whole odd meeting." Roka says, after a while, still hopelessly confused.

"What do you mean?" Yone asks, but then a look of comprehension suddenly crosses her face - followed by an almost childish grin.

"I see," she says with mock surprise, "you and Lilitu must have a shared history, haha!"

"Yes, we've shared a few things," Lilitu says with a sultry wink and licking her lips. Thankfully, she does not mention aloud that some of those things include a monkey and a priest...

"Don't be embarrassed Roka," Yone says, sidling up against the Samurai - "perhaps we should all 'catch up' on our 'shared histories'" she adds, her words dripping heavily with innuendo...

"That was one of the reasons I visited." He says with a smirk.

But then he musters all of his willpower, and says, "but first, I think we should deal some buisness. I don't have much time, and I'm pretty sure that we'll spend most of that time 'catching up,' as you called it." He says with a wink.

Roka's mind almost gives in to his lust, but he stays firm for the moment, and with great difficulty, attempts to move out of the sandwich of women.

Surprised to see Roka acting so... straitlaced? Yone backs off (though Lilitu still hovers close enough to be a serious distraction).

Roka sighs a breath of relief.
"Thank you, Yone." he states, thankful he managed to avoid temptation for the moment.

"Anyways, first, Lilitu, could you shield the sound in this yurt? Probably best to have no eavesdroppers around."

"somewhat." Roka replies to the Succubus, and then turns back to the yakuza boss.

"First off, the Yoriki and I will be out of town for a bit before the daimyo arrives. Is it possible you could arrange for doubles for us? It would be really bad if we're found missing." Roka asks.

"Thanks. As for why... Well, officially it's Kurokawa buisness. Mainly just wanting to get us all away for a bit." Roka replies

He then pauses, and then nods.
"Next, is the problem with Yukinawa." Roka says, turning to Lilitu. "You know what he's doing, right?"

"Alright then," Yone says - "But you'll owe me one!" she adds with a wink.

Lilitu meanwhile, scoffs at the mention of Yunikawa - "Yeah, besides Farking Sendai over raw?"

"I don't really know his game; his demons are a different breed than me and my kind, but whatever it is, must be pretty epic."

"I do know that his vampire samurai-ko and that Korean are still hiding here in Sendai. Perhaps waiting for you..."

And then, when he hears Lilitu's statement, turns almost white.
"They are?!" Roka asks, shocked. "Do you know where?!"

Lilitu looks a little hesitant to answer for some reason.

"I saw them yesterday, just northwest of Sendai,” she says at length – “four vampire chicks and a Korean man. They were hiding out in an old noble's hunting lodge."

Yone puts a finger to her lip in thought, as Lilitu speaks, and then adds – “the only hunting lodge I know of northwest of the city belongs to Kado Hasekura, first cousin to the Daimyo Shinsen Hasakura.”

“Oh yes,” Lilitu replies, “That’s the one.”

"Lovely. I'd suggest making sure none of your men are around there, Yone." Roka says, angrily. "I was going to ask about that Kado, he was leading the rabble against us. That house will be rubble by the end of today."

"And in return, I suppose I should trade information, then." Roka says, stroking his kickass goatee.

"Yone, remind me, what do you think of the Chinese rule?"

Roka nods.
"I thought so." Roka states, and then pulls out the tongue.

"I've never used this, but this dagger possesses the ability to create, um, something like a demon. Not really sure what, exactly, but the Ancestors said that this knife was used to revive certain warriors and make them servents of the Chinese." Roka states, and quickly puts the dagger back away.

"Rokurokubi," Lilitu says, "Not demons; spirits; basically vampires, but all icky and gross. The knife is cool though... totally should let me tickle you with it sometime, hmm?"

"Not now Lilitu," Yone sighs, sensing the gravity of the situation.

"So what does this all mean Roka?" she asks.

"We found, buried along with the bones we recovered, a set of Mons, all with their heads removed." Roka says, pausing.

"Among the mons, we found, the, uh, Daimyo's. When we asked the ancestors, they said that meant that our Daimyo was one, a Rokurokubi. I... don't know exactly what to do with that, yet, but I think I owe it to you that I tell you that."

"Ugh," Yone replies, visibly repulsed by what Roka tells her.

Lilitu meanwhile just shrugs, like it's no big deal.

"The Daimyo?" Yone whispers, "That's awful. It means Sendai is bound to a monster. What can anybody do about it though? He is too powerful and well protected to be 'removed'."

"And he has his loyal followers in every strata of society Roka, you should be very careful who you tell this to."

"I know, Yone. We also found other mons, [insert description of each Mon]. I don't know what you can do with this information, but you're the only person I think I can trust in this." Roka states.

He then turns to Lilitu.
"Do you know anything about the powers of the vampires? I don't want to fight blindly."

"They're big with the mind control; and being able to hide their true form among mankind; and even from detection spells and such," Lilitu says.

"The rokurokubi can grapple and pin with their entrails," she adds, "and feed only in that form."

"Their main weakness is that you can kill their body when they are away from it, which seriously weakens them."

"Of course, they can always commandeer a new body from their latest victim..."

"I suppose that makes sense." He says, with a sigh.

"I need to get back, the group needs to know about this. I'll have to take a rain check on the fun stuff, unfortunately, but I'll be back." He says, ending with a smirk, and then, bows.

"I'll see you later, Yone." He adds, and leaves the yakuza base, and heads to Yuki's house.
