in blood form he can be hurt in three ways:

Sunlight (none of that around).

Fire (burning sword, burning building)

If a giant straw is present, Anton could try drinking him

The tensrils could wield a sword, I suppose - though they have a distinctly limited range, and once he's past that Anton will have to spend more blood for more tendrils and send the sword from tendril to tendril to hit Gabor. This will be rough, since Anton is starting to get low on blood (I'll update his chat sheet tomorrow but right now he's at around 10 blood points).

Or Anton could use the sword himself, which carries the distinct risk that Gabor retakes his physical form to combat Anton personally. Since Anton has all blood boosted stats and nightshades it shouldn't be TOO devastating, and if he can get a shroud in he might even win.

Well actually, if you look at the text, neither of you touched Gabor once that entire fight. The one time he was injured was when the tendrils forced his sword onto his own arm, which he used to free himself and rip out Joseph's heart.

He was also mildly injured when his sword fell on him in his blood form.

Yeah, once you have your fangs stuck in something it's usually reeeeeaaaallly hard for the opponent to get them out.

And since Anton entered a frenzy on drinking Gabor's blood he suffers no wound penalties. Since he's drinking Gabor's blood e also gets to use that to make himself stronger whole Gabor runs out of resources, etc, etc.

And since Anton's stamina is maxed out with blood, Gabor is having a really hard time hurting him faster than he can heal (using Gabor's own blood), even with Potence.

One more turn and I would have had Basilio drop in (literally)n to save Anton, but Aman pulled it off himself.

Now I'm just looking forward to the diablerie.

I want to make them all matter in some way (especially these big ones), hence the whole set up for Anton vs Gabor round two: "This isn't even my final form!".
