Yeah, House is a good show. I was actually watching a few episodes today.

It always makes me sad for how much $ those ppl prolly owe the hospital, mostly for unnecessary tests/treatment.

It's decent, gets worse as it goes along though IMO.

Suits? Have you seen Psych? (Watch all of it immediately if you haven't).

Supernatural?

House (Amazing)?

White Collar is pretty hilarious too.

Daredevil has some amazing fight scenes.

Scrubs is also very funny.

I loved the first two seasons of Suits, but it started to bore me later on. Louis is the only character I like.

Psych is pretty funny, not really my type of show though.

House and white collar I'm already done with, sadly.

I'll make sure to check out Scrubs and Daredevil.

xD I can't think about the actual real world repercussions of the shit they do or it makes me sad. How the nurses of that hospital haven't already strangled House, I really don't know, let alone the other doctors.

If the show is to be believed, most of the nurse turnover is because of him, so you have that.

I was absolutely in love with Psych. Just seeing it mentioned makes me want to watch it again. Maybe I should pick up the DVD set...I can't stream crap with my data limit. Always stood out to me as a show where the cast so obviously likes each other and where having fun, and it really showed with the chemistry between the characters.

White Collar was a lot of fun too.

Preacher starts tonight.

Super excited to see Rudy from misfits play Cassidy.  (The character fallout's cassidy is named after XD)

(Speaking of which, watch misfits! XD it's got Ramsey Bolton.)

(Cassidy is second only to Spike from BTVS on my "favorite vampires ever" list XD)

Started watching House of Cards, and I Farking died during the part in the second episode where the looney guy and the congressman were getting high and jamming while discussing politics.

"Can a corporate sell out roll a joint like this?" Pure gold.

So, work has this site blocked for "security purposes" something about thrre was some kind of dangerous something or another when they scanned it.

Which is weird because we offer free public wifi. Thoughts?

My old job had it blocked too.  it's classed as a gaming website or something, which were all automatically filtered.

The harness racing track has free public wifi, but they block streaming video.  Don't want people watching movies I guess.

I liked it quite a bit.  What a cool idea to do with old photos.

It wasn't nearly as spooky as the cover suggested.  All-ages-appropriate.

*raises hand* :P The key to being a cactus is to be the most tsundere of plants.

In seriousness, I stay out of the sun as much as I can on 118-120 degree days. Today was a 120 day, (though now that it's evening, it's finally gone down to 115... :P) and it's my day off, so I ran all my errands yesterday, spent today resting with the blinds / curtains closed, the fans on, and most of the lights off. Yes, my solution is to live like a vampire.

Dude, I've lived in humid heat. Compared to this, I honest-to-God did not mind it. And even the cheerier locals that I've seen, in 120 weather, do not give a shit about it being a "dry heat" anymore, it just isn't any consolation when you're at near constant risk for dehydration and you're slowly turning into human jerky. xD

Yeah, "feels like 120" & being 120 are not inherently the same.

I'm with Kiel on the whole vampire thing though. Me and the sun/heat do not get along!

I don't live in Arizona, but from what I gather, it's basically the same as SoCal.

Personally, I like ducking into random stores and pretend to browse while I inhale the AC. Repeat either until you get home to your AC or until night.

Varies significantly from area to area and country to country. Ppl never realize how vast it is (partly due to the maps we use inflating the northern hemisphere etc.)

We were North-eastern Nigeria, where in the right season you could count on high 30s Celsius with the burning sun overhead for most of the day. Metal heated up very nicely.
