I've been under the impression that TV judge shows are only about as genuine as pro wrestling for a long time, but I'm starting to reconsider. I mean, the tone in his voice as he tries to make it sound less weird then it actually is is just too real... And the comments were surprisingly less volatile then I'd expect, which was kind of a disappointment. Still, like the first chick said, "Way to perpetuate stupid stereotypes".

If you think the super mutants are fun, wait until you meet the Death Claws. hilarity will ensue.

I’m guessing you first met the super mutants at Necropolis?

If you’re going to the Glow make sure you got a lot of rad away and rad x first, because you’re going to get hit with rads to a massive degree as soon as you get there. Don’t worry about your followers if you have any, they won’t die from rad poisoning.

The deathclaws are worse? Goddammit, I was gonna do the Regulator thing next haha. Guess I need to save up on 'em. Also need to get rope. Lots of it, I bet.

Yeah, found em in Necropolis, sneaked out the back to talk to the leader, and suddenly he wants to convert me. Was gonna like, say yeah, but couldn't, and then he blew me up. Bastard >:(
I've been all over the map so far. Missing one place from it though.

I'm betting he Cathedral has the chip since I can't pick the door-lock upstairs. Great game so far haha. Best part so far was ripping off both Gizmo and that other dude and killing them both. Rogue for the win bahaha.

I remember the first time I got around the super mutant in Necropolis was by convincing him I was a robot.

With the death claws you have to try to aim for their eyes, but failing that you could try crippling their legs so you can at least run out of their reach while you shoot them.

Lol, yeah you can take aimed shots when you shoot, assuming you didn't take the fast shot trait that doesn't allow it or have a weapon that doesn't allow them. (like a grenade or something)

If you click on the weapon while in combat, it should cycle through your options (Like aim, reload, etc) and get the option to take an aimed shot and you'll be able to target body parts of your enemy.

In fallout new Vegas, they say Cass's whole name is Rose of Sharon Cassidy. So Cassidy is her surname.

But Cassidy in Fallout 2 says his dad named him after Cassidy from Preacher. Which would mean his first name is Cassidy?

the wiki says the Fallout chars name is John Cassidy.

And that's Fallout 1! Bits of spoilers.

Gotta say, that really exceeded my expectations. Lots of things to say about it but overall I liked it a lot. Missed a couple things too, like getting the fuse for Necropolis and saving the hub from disaster, and I kinda joined up as a raider so I dunno if that counts, but that was a loose end. Also all my team died because seriously, they slowed everything down so at a certain point I couldn't care.

The turnig point in the game was prolly when it got a whole lot easier with the Laser Gatling and the upgraded power armor-- but it was still a ton of fun. Just nee to knock off 2, Vegas, and 3, maybe Tactics if I'm up for it, and 4 whenever I just want to shoot stuff on an xbox instead of my laptop (need to get a mouse, lol.)

Even if you've got the officially patched version of the game, some of the endings are a bit buggy. The Hub and the Followers of the Apocalypse being the main two.

In both cases, you’ll only ever get the bad ending where the mutants ripped the places apart before you could save them. There were supposed to be positive endings (And I think the Hub had at least another neutral one), but they never pop up. I think the ONLY way you don’t get the bad endings is if you sort of do a speed run to destroy the mutant base and the Master. Even then, you just don’t get an ending at all for them. I can't remember if someone went digging in the code to do a mod patch where you can achieve the other endings.

I don’t think I ever used the gatling laser for any long period of time. I always went with the plasma rifle which you could then get upgraded in the Boneyard so it would not only do a lot more damage, but also cost less to shoot.

Ahh, that makes more sense. Was wondering what I coulda missed. Game in general was fairly buggy-- kept being stuck between a wall or table and my unmoving team-members, so that was a bit irritating. Lots of saving going around after that happened like, 5 times haha.

Odd, I got the Plasmarifle upgrade but the Gatling (due to burst) ended up doing a lot more damage, especially at close range. Ended up alternating between the two whenever I had extra AC though (5 for Gatling and 3 for the rifle). Fast-draw actually came in use then, surprisingly.

This seems like the best place for a rant, so I'll do it here.

I've been playing witcher 3. Great game, but sometimes I face a creature that is such a bitch that I have to stop. Meet the mother Farking foglet:

This little Farker right here has it all: He's fast, he's intangible and invisible for 95% of the combat against him, and he spawns other invisible duplicates of himself, that attack you, continuously. He also happens to kill me in two hits, which he always does in rapid succession after suddenly appearing beside me. Basically, if I miss a dodge, I die. To add to that, even if I dodge the first hit, it's entirely possible he continues on with his second hit and gets me with that.

Naturally the correct thing to do here is look up counters, right? Well, there's oil that adds 10% damage, a bomb I don't have, and the Farking quen sign. The mother Farking quen sign is supposed to be a counter to this guy. The same sign which, when fully upgraded, breaks in a single hit. The same exploding sign which, upon exploding, does absolutely shit all to stop the relentless onslaught of this little Farker.

It's not even like it's a fun fight either. I faced a nightwraith earlier that was almost equally a bitch, but at least the trap sign actually worked against it, making it a strategic battle of stay inside of this tiny ass circle, dodge, and give it hell. Was tough, but at least I could actually do something about it.

This guy? Nope. Just hope I can continually dodge in time. Hope one of his invisible spawns doesn't prevent me from dodging. At least the other shit that can kill me in two hits I can see for the duration of the fight. Maybe I'll just move on and kill this Farker when I'm 10 levels above him or something.

The trick to killing him easily is a little convoluted so bare with me:

1: First you prepare your sword and crossbow

2: The sign breaks right away sure, but it pauses him long enough for the plan to work so use the sign

3: The moment he pauses you fire the crossbow and prepare for him to go invis and move close to hit you

4: Sword ready to combo him when the time comes

5: The crossbow bolt you hit him with will give away his position even though he is invis as you can still see it. As he gets close track it carefully

6: Shout "Mul Qah Diiv" to take on the aspect of a dragon, thus making you WAY stronger. This is sure to surprise any creature from Witcher as it will never have even heard of a dragonborn. If the shouts don't do anything, it will pause in confusion anyway.

7: Combo it hard while it's surprise makes it drop the invis.

8: Finish with a Kamehameha

On a more serious note Igni lvl4 takes off a huge chunk of health and stuns him for a second or two meaning you can just burn him down. Axii lvl2 also works well on him.

Isn't this quite the gem, despite all lack of reasoning beyond "I'LL GET A MILLION DOLLARS!" being nonexistent, and the fact that even the math is wrong.
